Individual Therapy
Individual psychotherapy is such a brave place to start! During our individual sessions, we will discuss your history as well as your goals and carve a path to meet them. The beauty of individual therapy is that you are not alone in processing feelings or events. Sitting with a therapist allows you to have an outsider’s perspective and clarify your needs within an evidence-based framework. My goal is to help you feel understood, validated, uplifted, and challenged. Please see below for my individual psychotherapy session rates.
Initial Session, 75 minutes: $175
Follow Up Session, 50 minutes: $150
Follow Up Session, 30 minutes: $100

Group Therapy
Group therapy is truly magical. Reproductive and perinatal concerns can often inherently feel isolating. Group therapy is the perfect place to connect with others with similar life experiences. Evidenced-based psychotherapy groups may be offered during various months according to clients needs and when there is enough demand. Example group therapy themes include: coping with infertility, enhancing mental wellness during pregnancy, managing postpartum depression and anxiety, resolving birth trauma, and processing grief. Please see below for my group psychotherapy session rates.
50 minute session: $100 per client*
90 minute session: $150 per client*
*Groups must have a minimum of 4 clients.

Insurance
At this time, I accept Aetna and United Health Care insurance benefits for eligible individuals. For all other insurance carriers, I am considered an “out of network” provider.
You may still opt to not use insurance to cover therapy sessions. Involving insurance can impact the critical treatment planning process since insurance companies may control the number of “covered” sessions. Many health care plans offer little coverage or reimbursement for psychotherapy services. Insurance generally also requires me, as the provider, to list a mental health diagnosis associated with psychotherapy sessions. Many clients who benefit greatly from therapy do not necessarily meet criteria for a mental disorder. By not involving insurance, we can maximize collaboration in designing an appropriate therapy sequence to best meet your needs and goals. This is the way I have found to offer the best, evidenced-based therapies to my clients and affords my clients greater agency in dictating their course of therapy.
I will gladly provide you with a “super bill” upon your request so that you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. Please contact your insurance provider with questions about your coverage.
